Trackhouse Aprilia rider Ai Ogura is uncertain for the remainder of the British Grand Prix weekend due to a crash on the first day of action at Silverstone. The Japanese rookie hurt his right knee in a FP1 crash on Friday morning, leading to his absence from afternoon practice as his race to be fit for Saturday began. Ogura expressed his hope to recover overnight and be ready for the next day, despite the incident being his sixth fall of the season. While he started the season impressively, recent races have posed challenges, with qualifying proving more difficult than initially expected for him. Missing practice implies Ogura might start in Q1 on Saturday, provided he is fit to compete.
